Day 1: Moshi – Rongai Gate – Simba Camp
The trek officially commences with a picturesque drive to the Rongai Gate, the starting point of the Rongai Route. Covering approximately 8 kilometers over 4-6 hours, the trail weaves through lush landscapes, offering glimpses of wildlife. The day concludes at Simba Camp, nestled at an altitude of 2,650 meters, where the first night under the African skies awaits.

Day 2: Simba Camp – Second Cave
Ascending further, the trek leads to the Second Cave, traversing around 6 kilometers in 5-7 hours. The landscape transforms into moorlands, revealing Kilimanjaro's rugged beauty. The Second Cave, situated at 3,450 meters, provides a tranquil resting spot surrounded by breathtaking vistas.

Day 3: Second Cave – Third Cave

Day 5: Kibo Hut – Uhuru Peak – Back to Horombo Hut

After witnessing the sunrise at the summit, descend to Horombo Hut, covering around 14-16 hours of trekking and reflecting on the triumph of reaching the peak.
