The Marangu Route climbing itinerary for the day starts with a pick-up from your Moshi hotel and transfer to the Marangu gate ready to start your 5 Days Kilimanjaro Climbing adventure tour via Marangu. Following the completion of the required paperwork, your climb through the dense rainforest will commence, providing opportunities to spot primates and admire the striking vegetation on the route to the Mandara Hut. On the second day of kilimanjaro climbing tour, after breakfast at the Mandara Hut, you will start your hike towards the Horombo Hut. This part of the climb is characterized by the transition from rainforest to heath and moorland, and at this pont of climbing Mount Kilimanjaro you will start to experience the high altitude. The Horombo Hut is located on a plateau, and you will have the opportunity to acclimatize and enjoy the stunning views of Mawenzi and the surrounding areas.

This is your third day of your Mount Kilimanjaro climbing adventure trip , you can choose to spend an extra day at the Horombo Hut to acclimatize further, or continue on to the Kibo Hut, with 5 Days Kilimanjaro trip today we will climb up Kilimanjaro to Kibo Hut. The Kibo Hut is located at the bottom of the Kibo crater, and you will start to feel the effects of high altitude as you make your way there.

Today is the day of the final ascent to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, which is commonly known as "The Big Day". The kilimanjaro climbing tour for this day will begin around midnight and will be challenging and lengthy. Along the way, you will pass the Hans Meyer Cave at 5220m and continue to climb steadily. As the sun rises, you will reach Gillman's Point (5681m) – the crater rim of Kilimanjaro – and the warmth of the sun will provide relief from the cold night. After an additional 1–2-hour climb, you will finally reach at the top of Mount Kilimanjaro known as Uhuru Peak at 5895m. Following your descent back to Kibo Hut, you will enjoy a warm meal and take a short break before continuing down to Horombo Hut.

The final leg of the Kilimanjaro climbing trip tour takes you through the heath and moor zone to Mandara Hut (2700m), where you can enjoy a warm lunch. You will then re-enter the Kilimanjaro Marangu route tropical rainforest and after a total of 6 hours of climbing down, you will reach the Kilimanjaro National marangu Park Gate (1860m). After bidding farewell to your mountain guides, you will be driven back to your hotel in Moshi where you can take a warm shower and celebrate your successful summit of Mount Kilimanjaro. This is a last day of your Kilimanjaro climbing adventure tour that started as the dream of summiting kilimanjaro in 5 Days via Marangu Route.
