10 Days Kilimanjaro Climbing via Northern Circuit Route

The adventure begins at Londorossi Gate, where climbers complete registration and meet their experienced guides and porters. The climb commences through lush rainforests, alive with exotic wildlife and the enchanting songs of birds. After approximately three to four hours of trekking, climbers reach Mti Mkubwa Camp, their first campsite, nestled in the heart of the rainforest.

On day 2, you'll continue your ascent through the enchanting rainforest, gradually transitioning into the moorland zone. The scenic beauty of Kilimanjaro unfolds before your eyes as you make your way to Shira 1 Camp. Here, you'll be rewarded with stunning panoramic views of the Shira Plateau and the surrounding peaks. As the expedition progresses, climbers experience a shift in the landscape from the highland desert to the Alpine desert. Today is the climax of the entire journey. Climbers embark on a midnight climb to reach Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa, just before sunrise. After capturing breathtaking sunrise views, climbers begin their descent to Mweka Camp, celebrating their achievement along the way.

The final day of the expedition takes climbers from Mweka Camp through the lush rainforests back to Mweka Gate. Here, climbers receive certificates to commemorate their remarkable accomplishment. The journey concludes with a sense of fulfillment, camaraderie, and a deeper appreciation for the natural beauty of Mount Kilimanjaro.
