Marangu, nicknamed the Coca-Cola Route, is Kilimanjaro's most popular path. It offers sleeping huts, a great advantage in the rainy season. Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1: Marangu Gate to Mandara

Day 1 - Marangu Gate to Mandara
After obtaining trekking permits and registering with search and rescue, we start trekking to Mandara Hut (2,700 m) through the rainforest. Prepare for tropical showers, so bring spare clothes and raincoats. Our support crew will take care of necessities, set up tents, and prepare lunch at the camp. Throughout the Marangu route, you'll sleep in special huts, providing a comfortable alternative to tents

Day 2: Trek From Mandara Hut to Horombo Hut

Day 2 - Trek From Mandara Hut to Horombo Hut
Early morning after breakfast, we leave Mandara Hut for a moderate trek to Horombo Hut (3,720 m), our second high altitude camp. The camp offers breathtaking views of both Kibo and Mawenzi volcanoes. After lunch, an acclimatization trek towards Kibo Hut with a 200-meter altitude gain awaits. Then we descend to Horombo Hut for dinner

Day 3: Horombo Hut to Kibo Hut

After breakfast, we trek to Kibo Hut (4,700 m). The trek is manageable, but maintain an appropriate pace for strength during the trek to Kilimanjaro's summit. Upon reaching the camp, enjoy lunch, rest as much as possible, avoid strenuous activities, and stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. These preparations are crucial for the upcoming summit ascent

Day 4: Trekking from Kibo to Uhuru Peak and Descent to Horombo Hut

At night, we depart Kibo Hut (4,700 m) for the challenging trek to Kilimanjaro's summit: Uhuru Peak (5,895 m). Though physically moderate, altitude poses a serious challenge. Each pair of trekkers will have a dedicated guide, monitoring stamina and mental resilience throughout. After a successful ascent, you can descend to the nearest glacier if desired. Then, return to Kibo Camp for a brief rest before continuing the descent to Horombo Hut (3,720 m). This unforgettable journey will test your determination and reward you with breathtaking views and a sense of accomplishmen

In the morning, enjoy a warm breakfast before heading towards the Kilimanjaro National Park's exit: Marangu Gate (1,860 m). Upon descent, the entire group will gather to congratulate you and share experiences in the guestbook. Receive your commemorative certificates at our office before being transferred back to the hotel.
