Day 1: Moshi/Arusha – Londorossi Gate – Mti Mkubwa (Big Tree)
The journey kicks off with a drive to Londorossi Gate, the entrance to Kilimanjaro National Park. From here, the trek begins through rich rainforests, reaching Mti Mkubwa, where the towering trees create an awe-inspiring canopy. Distance: Approximately 6 km, Duration: 3-4 hours, Temperature: 20-25°C.

Day 2: Mti Mkubwa – Shira 1 Camp

Day 5: Barranco Camp – Karanga Camp

Day 7: Barafu Camp – Uhuru Peak – Barafu Camp – Mweka Camp
The most challenging yet rewarding day as you start the summit attempt at night. Reach Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa, for an awe-inspiring sunrise. Descend to Barafu Camp and further down to Mweka Camp for a well-deserved rest. Distance: Approximately 20 km, Duration: 12-15 hours, Temperature: Varies (-10 to -20°C at the summit).

Day 8: Mweka Camp – Mweka Gate – Moshi
Descend through the dense rainforest to Mweka Gate, where you will receive your summit certificates. Transfer back to Moshi for celebrations and relaxation. Distance: Around 10 km, Duration: 3-4 hours, Temperature: 20-25°C.
